AISOMNUS Return and Exchange Policy
At AISOMNUS, we understand that sometimes purchases don’t turn out as expected. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns under certain conditions.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. The return package must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and labels intact. Any product that appears to be worn, washed, or altered will not be eligible for a return. Please be aware that original shipping fees are not refundable, unless there is a quality issue or an error on our part. The shipping cost refers to the amount we paid to ship your items to you, not the amount you paid for shipping at checkout.
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are generally at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to a product defect or a mistake in the order.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Include a brief description of your reason for returning the item(s), and we’ll send you return instructions as soon as possible.
Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Return Your Items
Since the return address depends on the item(s) and your location, please contact us first to receive the proper return address and detailed instructions.
In general, please package the items securely with their original packaging. Include a note with your order number. Choose an affordable return method, but make sure the shipping service provides tracking information.
Once you have received the return address, ship the items back within 7 days. After shipping, please provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor the return process.
Refund Process
After we receive the returned items and process your return, please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be issued. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please reach out to us at [email protected] to start the process. We’ll reply within 6 hours with all the necessary details.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, and underwear.

Items that have damaged or broken hygiene seals.

Final sale items.

Custom-made or made-to-order items.

Do not send your return to the sender’s address listed on the package. This will delay the processing of your return. Always follow the return instructions we provide.
