WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Even if the final amount after applying a discount or coupon falls below $50, don't worry — you'll still enjoy free shipping.
HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS?
We combine the weight of all items in your order and calculate shipping based on the total weight. This often results in lower shipping costs compared to ordering items separately.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
We fully insure all shipments. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package in real time. This email is separate from your order confirmation. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your email and phone number when placing your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and style. Once we receive your request we will arrange a solution for you as soon as possible.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN
As soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return and your accounts to be credited.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

HOW CAN I USE A GIFT VOUCHER OR PROMO CODE?
When you’re ready to checkout and are looking at the items in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
CAN I USE A PROMO CODE AND GIFT CARD ON THE SAME ORDER?
Yes! You can use a promo code and also your Gift Card in the same order. Gift Cards are a valid form of payment regardless of using a promo code.
