Packaging

In our effort to reduce waste and protect the environment, we’ll pack multiple items into one package whenever possible. This may slightly increase the processing time, especially for orders of 5 or more items.

Delivery Restrictions

Please note that there are some regions where our carriers are unable to guarantee safe delivery. When filling out your shipping address, double-check that it includes all necessary details, such as unit number, building number, and street number.

We are not liable for any delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, such as wrong address, name, or zip code.

For certain countries (including U.S. island territories), you may need to pick up your package from your local post office. Delivery times in these areas may be longer than the typical estimate. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Customs Duties

Please note that shipments from all our warehouses are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that any customs or import duties will be charged once your parcel reaches the destination country. These fees must be covered by the customer, especially if you choose expedited shipping.

If you refuse the parcel due to import duties or taxes, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges. According to customs regulations, we cannot declare the value of purchased items as lower than their actual value or list them as gifts.

Additional Information

  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or non-continental European locations (including islands and territories affiliated with European countries). Please note, express shipping is more likely to incur customs duties compared to standard shipping.

  • Shipping times do not include the processing period, which is typically 1-5 business days from the date your order is placed. For pre-order items, delivery will take longer as we can’t guarantee the manufacturer’s shipping schedule.

  • If you experience any issues with your shipment, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days from when your order was placed.

  • If you wish to cancel your order for personal reasons, you may do so free of charge as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is in transit to the logistics company, cancellations are no longer possible.

Q: What happens if my order is returned?

Customer Responsibility: In cases of incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, etc., we are not responsible for any charges. You will receive store credits equivalent to the value of your order, minus the original shipping cost (which refers to the actual shipping fee we paid to the logistics company).

AISOMNUS Responsibility: In case of a fault on our end, we will issue a full refund (including shipping fees, excluding insurance costs) or resend the missing items.
